SERVICES
We offer a number of eye and vision care services to address your individual needs.
COMPREHENSIVE VISION EXAMINATIONS
Examinations provide an overview of your general eye and vision health. Examinations include obtaining your spectacle prescription, taking your eye pressures and the examination of the front and back of your eye, including dilation.
CONTACT LENS EXAMINATIONS
For an additional fee, contact lens examinations will be provided to determine the best lens type, material, curvature and power is selected for your individual contact lens needs. Anybody requiring insertion and removal training will receive appropriate hands on instructions. Contact lens examinations often will require a follow up visit to make sure that particular lens will work for the patient's individual needs.
GLAUCOMA SCREENING
During your examination, we will conduct a series of glaucoma testing to determine if you are at risk of developing glaucoma. If additional testing is required, we will provide you with appropriate referral options to determine if glaucoma is present and requires additional treatment.
DIABETIC EYE EXAMINATIONS
We will do a comprehensive vision examination of your eyes, as well as a dilated examination to determine if you have any diabetic changes to your eyes. If there are any abnormalities, we will take a photo to monitor the condition and follow up as determined by the severity of the condition. If surgical intervention is required, we will refer to a qualified retinal ophthalmologist.
RED EYES
We treat a wide variety of red eyes, including eye infections, dry eye, allergies and scratches to the eye. We also can do small surgical procedures including foreign body removals, irrigating a clogged tear duct, removing misdirected eyelashes and punctal plug insertion for dry eye treatment.
LASIK AND CATARACT CO-MANAGEMENT
We offer LASIK and cataract surgery co-management. We refer patients for LASIK and cataract consults and also provide follow-up eye care after the surgical procedures are completed.
